Novità ed anticipazioni sull’edizione del prossimo anno.

Si riaccendono i riflettori sulla GimondiBike: l’ottava edizione della gara internazionale di mountain bike andrà in scena domenica 27 settembre 2009. Gli attori principali saranno i biker che dovranno cimentarsi nel percorso di 38,6 chilometri, ritagliato nel pittoresco territorio della Franciacorta, in terra bresciana. Iseo, graziosa cittadina affacciata sulla sponda destra del lago omonimo, fungerà da vero e proprio palcoscenico: punto di partenza e di arrivo della manifestazione, ospiterà infatti anche l’ExpoGimondi, con gli stand delle aziende del settore, il Nutella e il Pasta Party, per i buongustai di tutte le età.

In occasione della GimondiBike 2007 avevamo rivolto a tutti un invito affettuoso (“Vuoi un mondo migliore? Pedala”), mentre quest’anno abbiamo scommesso su una manifestazione sempre più “Senza frontiere”.
Il leit motiv dell’edizione 2009 sarà invece: “Riprenditi il tuo tempo”. Contro lo stress di una vita frenetica, non c’è niente di meglio che rilassarsi e dedicarsi a qualcosa che piace veramente. Noi abbiamo scelto la bicicletta che ci ha permesso di conoscere tanti altri appassionati con i quali condividere chilometri interminabili di fatiche e soddisfazioni. Adesso non ci resta che affrontare con la giusta carica gli allenamenti invernali ormai alle porte, aspettando il 2 marzo 2009, giorno dell’apertura ufficiale delle iscrizioni.

News and anticipations about the next year’s edition.

Floodlights light again the GimondiBike: the eighth edition of the international mountain bike race will be performed on Sunday, 27th September 2009. The main actors will be the bikers who will venture upon the track of 38,6 kilometres, situated in the picturesque region of Franciacorta, near Brescia. Iseo, a pretty town on the right river of the homonymous lake, will be the stage: starting and arrival point of this event, it will give hospitality to the ExpoGimondi, with the stands of cycling firms, Nutella and Pasta Party, for “gourmets” without age.

On the occasion of the GimondiBike 2007 we had expressed a kind invitation (“Do you want a better world? Then cycle”), while this year we have bet on an event “Without frontiers”. The leit motiv of the 2009 edition will be: “Take your time”. Against the stress of a frantic life, it is better to relax and devote yourself to what you like. We chose bicycle which lets us meet a lot of fans to share endless kilometres of hard works and satisfactions. Now we can but face the winter trainings in the right way, waiting for 2nd March 2009 when entries will officially open.
